The Kaczynski trial, conducted at the federal courthouse in Las Vegas on April 22nd, 1996, was a landmark case. In it, Theodore “Ted” Kaczynski pled guilty to numerous felonies stemming from his “Unabomber” campaign of sending letter bombs through the mail over a period of 17 years.
